Foundations
Parent Edition

Are you a busy parent that is looking to make time for yourself without the guilt? We got you! - just 1.5 hrs a week can make a huge difference in your physical and mental health.

Parents, I understand the challenges of making time for yourself. Like many of you, I prioritize parenting—but I've discovered that caring for myself makes me a better parent. Whether you're a parent commuting home from Madison, a teacher squeezing in a quick session before your kids' activities, or a farmer wrapping up chores in time to focus on your own health, this class is designed to help you find time for YOU!

Join me in person on Mondays and Wednesdays from 4:00-4:45 pm for a 45-minute strength training session tailored specifically to busy humans.

 

This class is available exclusively through monthly memberships, ensuring consistency and maximum results.

  • How do you support the wellbeing community?
    We provide a supportive environment for wellbeing professionals to grow and serve their clients effectively. We also offer state-of-the-art programming and coaching to help clients achieve their wellbeing goals.
  • How can I schedule a session?

  • What kind of equipment do you have?
    We have a wide range of functional and strength equipment, along with a turf training area. We also feature equipment from Wisconsin-owned companies whenever possible.
  • What types of services do you offer?
    We offer a wide range of services including personal training, physical therapy, wellness coaching, and sports performance training for emerging athletes.
