How It Works

Payment is processed monthly via automatic billing (you may cancel at anytime).

Sign up for open gym access (hours posted below) in October and receive a free full-body workout program for each session! Each exercise includes multiple levels so you can feel confident, comfortable, and supported, wherever you are in your movement journey.

Access privileges begin once payment is confirmed and any required waiver is signed at your first visit.

This is a pilot program; we reserve the right to adjust pricing, hours, or policies after the trial ends on Dec. 31, 2025.

After December, members will be notified whether the service continues and under what terms.

Choose the level that fits your needs
Pro Member Rate – For those that already receive coaching, training, or therapy at a wellbeing space and are looking for extra access.
Community Rate – For casual drop-ins and neighbors looking to move, stretch, and reset in our open gym. If you become a Pro Member, we are happy to adjust your rate at that time.

Respecting Private Coaching Sessions
To honor the focus and privacy of our clients in 1:1 and small group sessions, open gym access is limited to designated hours only.
Outside of these times, the space is reserved for private training or therapy with a coach/therapist, ensuring a calm, confidential environment for personalized support.
