Classes are offered twice per week—attend as often as it fits your schedule and goals.
Grades 9-12
Wednesdays | 730 - 830 pm
Sundays | 4 - 5 pm
*options for both 1x & 2x a week.
We know that our emerging athletes and
their families all have busy schedules.
We do our best to schedule around many multi-sport athletes and their practice schedules.
