Looking for a fun way to keep the little ones active (and a little less muddy) this spring?
Join us for a 3-week kids’ yoga and movement series designed to help children release energy, build strength, and practice mindfulness—all while having a blast!
This 45-minute class blends playful movement, simple yoga flows, and fun activities to engage kids while giving parents the option to participate or enjoy a moment to breathe. It’s the perfect way to start your Saturday morning!
