Program Policies
Commitment
Enrollment in this program is an ongoing monthly training cycle designed to support consistency and community within our small-group environment.
Classes meet twice per week, and participants may attend as many or as few sessions as they choose.
By registering, you acknowledge that you are paying for access to the program, not a guaranteed number of sessions attended, and agree to this non-refundable policy.
Billing & Payments
• Memberships are billed monthly and renew automatically.
• Payment is due at the time of registration.
• Missed classes are non-refundable.Cancellations & Refunds
Missed Sessions
Due to limited class availability, refunds are not provided for missed sessions. Exceptions may be considered in cases of documented medical issues or family emergencies, at the discretion of the Program Director.Weather Cancellations
In the event of inclement weather, cancellations will be communicated as soon as possible. While every effort will be made to hold classes as scheduled, refunds, credits, or make-up sessions cannot be guaranteed.Liability Waiver
Participation in training sessions involves physical activity and inherent risks.
By registering, you acknowledge these risks and agree to release the instructor and a Wellbeing Space from liability related to injury, illness, or other outcomes associated with participation.
