Our Strength Training Membership is designed to support your long-term progress through expert coaching, intentional programming, and a supportive community. Each class focuses on primary movement patterns, progressive strength development, and finishes with core, balance, and coordination work to help you move well in and out of the gym.
This is a monthly membership with automatic billing (AutoPay), allowing you to stay consistent while choosing the class times that work best for your schedule. After enrolling, you’ll reserve your preferred class times through our scheduling platform.
Summer Commitment & Membership (June–August):
Enrollment reflects a commitment to your membership through August 31. We are committed to maintaining our current class schedule during this time to provide consistency for our clients and coaches.
If you wish to cancel your membership for the next programming period beginning in September, written notice must be provided by August 15. Requests received after this date may result in an additional billing cycle.

Summer Small Group Membership
Session Commitment
By enrolling in this Session, you are committing to a 3 - month training cycle. This commitment helps maintain consistency in our small-group environment and ensures a supportive, community-focused experience for all participants.
Billing & Payments
All session plans are billed monthly and will renew automatically for the duration of the 3-month session unless otherwise noted.

Missed classes are not refundable.
Cancellations & Refunds
Due to limited availability, we do not offer refunds for missed sessions or early withdrawal from the program. Exceptions may be made in the event of a documented medical issue or family emergency, at the discretion of the program director.
Liability Waiver
By participating in training sessions, you acknowledge the physical nature of this activity and assume all risks related to exercise. You agree to release the instructor and A Wellbeing Space from any liability associated with injury, illness, or unforeseen outcomes related to participation.
Health & Safety
If you are experiencing symptoms of illness or have tested positive for a communicable illness, please stay home. We will offer virtual alternatives when possible.
