Parents, we get it, finding time for yourself can be tough.
Like many of you, we’re juggling all the things, school pick-ups, work demands, sports schedules, but we’ve learned that when we make time for ourselves, we show up better for everyone else. Whether you’re heading home from Madison or sneaking in a quick break before playing Uber driver for your kids, we’d love to have you join our sessions!
Session Info & Class Options
The next session runs January through May. To keep consistency in the group, we ask that you commit to the full 5-month session—but don’t worry, we’ve built in flexibility so you can stay consistent even when life gets hectic.

• Plus 3 app-based sessions (2 cardio/HIIT + 1 strength, aligned with your in-person training) -
Fully Online Option: $159/month
