Join our committed and welcoming space for this 5-month program. While we ask for consistent participation to support progress and community, we also honor the need for flexibility and balance.

Class Time

Tuesday & Thursday, 9:00–9:45 AM @ a wellbeing space
This time is designed to start your day with energy, intention, and movement, perfect for morning routines and setting a strong tone for the rest of your day.
