Sports Development
December Open Gym

Stay Active, Build Strength, and Connect

December is a busy time for families, but it’s also important for our youth to stay active and strong. Our Youth Open Gym sessions provide a unique opportunity for grades 4-12 to engage in self-led workouts, develop new skills, and build strength, all with the guidance of a coach.

Join us at a wellbeing space to:

  • Stay active over the holiday season

  • Connect with peers in a supportive environment

  • Receive individualized feedback from experienced coaches

  • Enjoy specialized programming designed to promote strength and fitness

 

Session Details:

  • Dates: December 4, 8, 11, 15, and 18

  • Times: Wednesdays from 6:30-8:00 PM, Sundays from 3:30-5:00 PM

  • Duration: Drop in for 30-60 minutes

  • Who Can Join: Open to youth in grades 4-12

 

What to Expect:

  • Coaching support to guide and enhance your workout

  • Programming focused on skill building and self-practice

  • A positive and motivating community to keep you moving

 

Cost: $10 per session

Introducing our comprehensive Sports Performance program, designed specifically for emerging athletes seeking to take their athletic abilities to the next level. With our training options, we offer a unique approach to optimize your performance and unlock your true potential.

 

We focus on strength and conditioning, speed and agility training, functional movement exercises, sport-specific skill development, injury prevention, mobility work, and mental performance training. Whether you're looking to improve your performance in a specific sport or elevate your overall athleticism, our program provides the tools and guidance you need to excel.
