Parents, I understand the challenges of making time for yourself. Just like many of you, I prioritize parenting, but I've learned that caring for myself makes me a better parent. Whether you're a parent traveling home from

Madison or a teacher with a short break before being the Uber driver for your kids, join me on

Mondays and Wednesdays from 4:30-5:15pm for a

45-minute session to find time for YOU!

Still want to find time but are not free Monday/Wednesday? Join my hybrid (punchpass) or online group to get the

same results just in a different setting.
